I’ve always wanted to start my own company. Over the years, I’ve tried a few different things, dabbled in some side projects, but nothing really stuck. Recently, though, my son Hudson came to me and said he was interested in business. That got the wheels turning.

It felt like the perfect time to build something together.

Why with Hudson?

Honestly, it’s just a cool thing we get to do as father and son. He’s been a huge motivator for me—asking questions, pushing me when I need a nudge, and keeping me accountable. At the same time, he’s learning business skills that’ll help him for life. It’s a win-win-win.

This isn’t just a “dad project” where he’s along for the ride. Hudson’s excited, curious, and already contributing in a big way.

Why Supplements?

Simple: Hudson and I both use them. We’re serious about what we put in our bodies, and people ask me all the time what I take, why I take it, etc.  Over the years, I’ve tried a lot of different products—some good, some total garbage.

We want to help people cut through the noise and find supplements that actually work. Whether it’s staying fit, building muscle, or just feeling better day-to-day, we want to offer products that make a real difference.

The Bigger Message

Our goal is to help people understand that what you put in your body matters. Training hard is great, but if you’re not fueling and recovering the right way, you’re leaving results on the table. For older athletes like me, the right supplements help you stay in the game longer. For younger guys like Hudson, it’s about building good habits early and avoiding all the bad information out there.

This ties directly into my journey as an athlete and as a dad. I want to stay active, feel good, and do the things that make me feel like... me. And as a dad, I want to make sure Hudson—and other kids his age—are making smart choices with the right info.

Building a Real Community

We’re not here to just slap our logo on a tub of powder and call it good. We want to build real relationships with our customers, listen to what they need, and create products that solve real problems. HYDRATE is just the start.

The Big Goal

At the end of the day, it’s about freedom. The freedom to build something on our own, work on it together, and make a positive impact. I’ve always wanted to create a business that actually helps people—not sell snake oil, not gimmicks, just honest, effective products.
