When Hudson and I decided to start this company, we had a lot of options for what our first product could be. Protein, creatine, pre-workout—you name it. But for me, hydration was the clear choice.

Over the last six to nine months, I’ve really dialed in on hydration. I started using powders first thing in the morning, before bed, and even swapping out my afternoon coffee for one. What I’ve learned is simple: when you’re hydrated, you just feel better. You think clearer, recover faster, and flat-out perform better.
The kicker? Most people—myself included—don’t even realize they’re dehydrated.
Your brain doesn’t always say, “Hey, I’m thirsty.” Instead, it shows up as brain fog, sluggishness, headaches, poor recovery, and more. If you wait until you’re thirsty, you’re already behind.
Kids Don’t Listen, But Maybe They'll Listen to This
Let’s be honest—kids don’t listen when you nag them to “drink more water.” But maybe they’ll listen when we explain why it matters and give them a simple way to do it. This isn’t just for athletes in the gym or on the field. It’s for anyone who wants to feel and perform their best—young, old, and in between.
What Makes Our Hydration Powder Different?
Two big things:

Lower Sodium (but the right amount): Salt is important. No question. But you don’t need 900mg of sodium unless you’re running a marathon in the desert. Most people need about 400mg to be effective. That’s where we landed.

Highly Digestible Magnesium: A lot of hydration powders overlook magnesium or use forms that aren’t easily absorbed. Ours is designed to actually make a difference.
On top of that, we kept the flavor profile light. It’s sugar-free and intentionally mild. This isn’t a sugary sports drink. It’s clean, effective, and gets the job done without being overpowering.
